What gives an edge to a hotel is its cleanliness that makes it presentable and pleasing to the eyes of customers. It was what I learned from feedbacks from my customers. Of course, no one can please everybody and some have complaints regarding the cleanliness of my hotel. It was depressing for me because the customer was not satisfied during his stay. From the first day they cleaned my hotel up to now, I am always satisfied and relieved by their work. They have been helping too with floor and parking lot maintenance. I am receiving such positive feedbacks from customers and so I am very happy with their work.
